Bag Care

With proper care, your Spire bag should last a long time. Follow these guidelines to get the most from your product.

• To clean, just hand wash with a mild detergent and hang dry. Do NOT put in a washing machine or dryer.
• Do not place sharp objects in the bag, as they will poke holes in the fabric. This is especially true of the mesh pockets. Keys, pens, etc. do not belong in any mesh pockets.
• Keep it away from animals and young children. We love kids and animals, but you'd be surprised how many bags are damaged this way.
• The plastic components are extremely durable, but are not designed to withstand sharp impacts such as car doors. Watch out for those dangling buckles!
• The main cause of zipper failure is overstuffing the bag. Don't do it.
• If your courier bag is equipped with a removable waist belt, be sure the 'tail' is threaded back through the buckle and is at least 1.5" - 2" long. This will ensure the strap remains attached to the bag.
